Privacy Policy

Jourfy is operated by The Kipfer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you install and use the Jourfy Shopify app.

What we collect

• Shop data: shop domain, locale, plan, and OAuth access token (encrypted at rest).
• Product data: titles, descriptions, images, tags, variants — used solely to generate blog posts you request.
• Generated content: drafts, outlines, keywords, and posts you create within the app.

What we don't collect

We do not collect or process customer personal information from your Shopify store. The Jourfy app does not have access to orders or customers.

Third-party services

We send anonymized product data and keywords to AI and SEO providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, DataForSEO, Tavily, Originality.ai) strictly to generate your requested posts. None of these providers retain your data beyond the request.

Data retention & deletion

On uninstall, your shop data is marked deleted. Within 48 hours we permanently purge all stored data per Shopify's GDPR webhooks (shop/redact). You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing hello@thekipfer.com.
